Sapphire has been staying at my house so I've been able to see firsthand how she parents Sirius... *Tries not to let the name get to him* She has never harmed him intentionally or unintentually. She is a great mother and a very caring person

Honestly with the way he acts no I do not think he would be a good parent. Bertrum doesnt care about anyone other than himself. He was a horrible husband when he was married to Sapphire and even before they were married he showed just how he would raise a child and act toward anyone so no I do not believe he would be a fit parent to baby Sirius...
