James, what happened was my fault, not Dad's. I tricked Grandad into taking me to the Ministry, I snuck away from him to go investigate, and I got myself put under the Imperius Curse. Because... because I wanted to help, and I thought maybe it would make me as good as Mum and Dad. *looks down at her feet* There was nothing Dad could have done to stop it, and bullying that kid at school didn't help me. I was stupid. And Mum and Dad are just trying to keep us safe.
