*squeezes Hermione's hands softly and looks deep into her beautiful brown eyes* Hermione Jean Granger, I can still remember the day we first met on the train. I was already in a car with Harry eating our trolley goodies—I can still taste those jelly slugs. And you came in with Neville, looking for his toad. And you were already in your new Hogwart’s robes. I thought, oh great, another Percy. *rolls his eyes and sniggers* I demonstrated some magic for you, but we didn’t hit it off so great. We clashed a lot… and I mean a lot.

But you taught me the levitating charm and with it I was able to fight off a mountain troll… as a first-year student I might add. *winks* After that, we hung out more, the three of us. Our years at Hogwarts were a blast. We assisted Harry in his adventures and fought You-know-who together. We still argued… still do sometimes. But I think we balance each other out, really. You bring structure to my life, and I think I bring you fun and laughs.

I love the life we’ve built together, and I love our three children. They're the best of both of us. You are everything to me, Mione. You are so smart, so beautiful. You are kind and strong. You are my whole world. I vow to stand by you and to listen to you. And to try and meet you half-way more. But most importantly, I vow to always love you and to support you through it all. I love you, Mione.

*blinks back tears* Ronald Bilius Weasley, when I first saw you on that train at eleven years old, using some silly made-up spell your brother gave you, I immediately placed you as the strangest person I had ever met. You didn't follow rules, you didn't care about your schoolwork, and you seemed to be the exact opposite of everything I wanted to be. And yet, I think even then, a part of me knew. You were strange and disorganized and at times you hurt my feelings, but only because you couldn't see yet what I did. By third year, I was sure. There was nobody else for me. And I waited. I waited for you to wake up and notice me back, and it took you long enough.

All these years, whenever I need a laugh, or a smile, I know who to look to. It's always been you to bring light and joy into my life where otherwise it would just be facts and figures. And nowhere is that more clear than in our children, the greatest pride and joy I'll ever know. *smiles at the kids* They are, indeed, the best of us both, and a lot of their own amazingness as well.

*looks back at Ron* We've fought many times, sometimes over small things, sometimes much bigger things. But in the end, we have always found our way back to each other, and I believe we always will. Because you, you are more than just my husband, more than just the father of my children. You are my home, the one I always find myself needing to return to. You're funny, and kind, and a wonderful father, and I vow to always find my way back to you, no matter what life may bring us. I love you.
