Well that is odd. But if he was really out to get you, would he punch you so obviously in front of his colleague? Seems more likely he's just some arrogant jerk and someone else is behind the strange things going on--I've been investigating the stopping of the Hogwarts Express, it was a very simple charm and clearly done with intent to stop it for only a short time. I can't place why anyone would do such a thing.

*annoyed* We don't seem to be doing much, huh? I worked six hours of overtime this week, and I can assure you it wasn't about these new broomstick regulations. The Department of Magical Law Enforcement has every single one of their Aurors--including Harry--working on this case, in addition to all their other cases. And all on Hermione's orders, while she's also scanning the entire database of living witches and wizards for a potential culprit on top of all of her other work. So when you say you don't know what she's doing... What are you doing, exactly?
