*comes upstairs after working until very late and sneaks into bed, hoping not to wake Audrey*

*has been laying there fully awake waiting for him* Hi dear. *sits up and kisses him* Everything okay at the office?

*kisses her back and doesn't answer for a moment* Everything's going alright, for the most part. It's just the whole Hogwarts Express situation that's been taking up a lot of effort.

*nods* I'm very worried about Molly. At least Lucy is home safe with me. But you and Molly are out there everyday.

I know. I mean, Molly was on that train, not to mention most of our nieces and nephews.

Some of the moms at my homemaker group are thinking about pulling their children from Hogwarts. They are fearing the worst.

*grabs her hand tightly* It was just a stopped train. We think it might even have been some older student's idea of a prank. There's... There's no reason to start assuming any true danger is happening. It's not like it was before, all the disappearances or anything. It's just a stopped train. *frowns* And one case of possible attempted murder. Probably unrelated. Surely. Nothing bad is going to happen. It's not going to be like last time.

*squeezes his hand* You're probably right. I think everyone is just concerned because nothing even relatively bad has happened at Hogwarts in 19 years. They have to be over reacting... right?

They have to be. It can't... We shouldn't assume the worst. Then again... when Voldemort came back all those years ago, there were people who didn't believe Harry and said he was overreacting. People like me, and it's still the greatest regret of my life.

But you were young back then, and the ministry was very convincing. Besides, once you realized your mistake you repented from it.

Yeah, almost too late. I didn't speak to my family until about twenty minutes before the Battle of Hogwarts, before... Anyway, the Ministry should have taken Harry's warnings seriously, and maybe we should be taking this seriously, even if it does seem like almost nothing.

*sighs* So do you think we should pull Molly from Hogwarts?

Oh, absolutely not! If there is a threat, she's probably safer in the castle, with all its magical protections. Besides, it's one thing to be wary and another to act so soon.

*fights back tears* Percy, I'm afraid. I don't want our children to go through what we went through.

*hugs her* That won't happen. I won't let that happen. No war. No fear. And nobody will die.
